This policy describes how All American SBA (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information collected through allamericansba.com. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you type into our application or unsubscribe forms:
- Your name and your business’s name
- Your email address and phone number
- The revenue range and funding range you select
- Anything you choose to write in the optional message field
Browsing this site anonymously requires nothing from you. We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
Information you submit is used for exactly one purpose: responding to your funding inquiry. That means a funding advisor reviewing your submission, contacting you by phone or email to discuss options, and — if you decide to move forward — sharing relevant details with funding partners in our network so they can evaluate your request. That is the entire lifecycle.
What we will not do
- We do not sell your personal information. Not to data brokers, not to marketers, not to anyone.
- We do not add you to third-party mailing lists.
- We do not share your information with anyone except funding partners evaluating your specific request, and service providers who process form submissions on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
This site is intentionally light. We run no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, and no analytics profiles tied to your identity. Any cookies present are limited to what is technically necessary to serve the site securely.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to satisfy legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to correct, provide a copy of, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email jordankimball@allamericansba.com with your request. To stop receiving email from us, use the unsubscribe page — removal is immediate.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to submitted information is limited to personnel who need it to respond to your inquiry. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we deliberately minimize what we collect so there is less to protect.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information collected under an earlier version.
