Terms of Use

The ground rules for using this website. Short, plain, and enforceable.

Effective date: January 1, 2026

By using allamericansba.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The Site describes commercial financing products that may be arranged through All American SBA. Nothing on the Site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a rate quote, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Product amounts, timelines, and ranges shown are illustrative of what our funding partners have offered qualified applicants; your actual options depend entirely on your application and underwriting.

2. Broker status

All American SBA is not a lender. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party funding partners. All products, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to application, qualification, and underwriting review. Not all applicants will qualify. Any agreement you enter is between you and the funding partner named in that agreement, on that agreement’s terms.

3. Submitting an application

Submitting the inquiry form authorizes us to contact you by phone or email regarding your request and to share the information you provide with funding partners for the purpose of evaluating it. You represent that the information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to seek financing on behalf of the business named.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or misleading information, to probe or disrupt its infrastructure, to scrape or harvest content or data, or to violate any applicable law. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, logo, and graphics belong to All American SBA or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. “SBA” as used in program names (7(a), 504) refers to programs of the U.S. Small Business Administration; this Site is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the U.S. Small Business Administration or any government agency.

6. Third-party links and partners

The Site may reference third-party funding partners or link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or conduct. Your dealings with any funding partner are governed by that partner’s agreements and disclosures.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that any particular financing outcome will result from its use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All American SBA and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify All American SBA against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
